Living rooms are where a house keeps everything it has no other home for. Built-in furniture gives that a place: closed below for the things you would rather not look at, open above for the things you would.

Every project is priced on its own terms — the size of the run, the finish, how the inside is laid out and how much making-good the room needs. There is no price list. The consultation is free and carries no obligation, and you leave it with a real figure rather than a range.

Confirmed after the survey, not guessed at the enquiry. We measure the room properly before anything is made, agree the drawings with you, and set dates from there. That visit is what keeps the fitting itself uneventful.

That is most of the work. Alcoves are rarely the same width as each other, rarely square, and rarely the same depth top to bottom. Each side is measured separately and made separately so the finished pair looks symmetrical even where the room isn't.

Yes — plinths, scribes and mouldings can be run to match what is already in the room, which is what makes built-in furniture look original to the house rather than added to it. Bring us a photo at the consultation and we will tell you what is achievable.
