North West Bespoke Bedrooms is a sole trader business based in the North West of England, providing made-to-measure fitted wardrobe and bespoke bedroom furniture design, supply and installation services. Contact: hello@northwestbespokebedrooms.co.uk or 07484 306 171.
This website is provided to give you information about our services and to let you request a quotation or consultation. You agree to use it only for genuine enquiries, and not to misuse the enquiry form — for example, by submitting false information or attempting to disrupt the site.
Submitting the quick-enquiry form, calling or emailing us does not create a binding contract. Any price, design or timeline discussed before a formal written quotation is indicative only. A binding agreement for installation work — including payment terms, scheduling and any cancellation arrangements — is only formed once we've provided a written quotation and you've confirmed you'd like to proceed.
Where necessary to deliver your project, we may work with trusted trade partners or other trusted service providers for elements such as surveying, quoting, manufacturing, supplying or installing your wardrobes and bedroom furniture. We remain your main point of contact throughout.
The text, images and design of this website belong to North West Bespoke Bedrooms or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent.
Any design concepts, mood boards, drawings or AI-generated visuals we prepare for you during the enquiry, consultation or quotation process are for inspiration and illustration only, and are not an exact or guaranteed representation of your finished wardrobes or bedroom furniture — the final design, materials and specification will be confirmed in your written quotation.
Design concepts we prepare for you remain our intellectual property unless and until you proceed with the installation with us. They're provided to help you decide whether to go ahead with your project, and shouldn't be passed to another business or used to have the work carried out elsewhere without our agreement.
Any deposit or payment schedule for your project will be set out in your written quotation and agreed before work begins. If payment isn't made in line with the agreed terms, we reserve the right to pause work until payment is received.
If we agree the contract for your installation without meeting you in person beforehand (for example, entirely by phone, email or text), UK consumer law gives you a 14-day right to cancel that contract. We'll let you know at the point of agreeing the contract if this applies and how to exercise it.
If we agree the contract for your installation during an in-person visit to your home, this statutory 14-day cancellation right doesn't automatically apply — though we're always happy to talk things through if your plans change.
Made-to-measure goods. Wardrobes and bedroom furniture that we make to your measurements, or to a specification you have chosen (for example a particular door style, colour or internal layout), are goods made to your specification. Under UK consumer law, the statutory right to cancel does not normally apply to goods of that kind once manufacture has begun, because they cannot be resold to anyone else. We will tell you in your written quotation which parts of your order this applies to and at what point manufacture starts, so you know exactly when that cut-off is.
Before manufacture begins you can change or cancel your order by telling us, and we'll confirm in writing what (if anything) is payable at that stage. If something we supply turns out to be faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected by any of the above.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area for the agreed installation dates. We aren't responsible for delays caused by restricted access, issues discovered once work has started (such as unexpected structural, electrical or plumbing problems), or delays with third-party suppliers or trades outside our control.
We provide this website "as is" and, while we try to keep it accurate and available, we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that can't legally be limited, such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, and nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other consumer protection law.
If you're ever unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us directly so we can put things right. We'll always aim to resolve any concern as quickly and fairly as possible.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
